3. | The limited liability company (LLC) is the preferred investment vehicle for investors in Hong Kong. More than 139,000 LLC's were registered in Hong Kong in 2010 alone. Thereafter, an unlimited number of local and international directors may be appointed. Corporate directors are allowed.
