| 3. | The first step in Qatar company set up is to perform a company name search with the Ministry of Economy and Commerce in Doha. | ||||||
| 4. | Secondly, the minimum required capital of QR200,000 (55,000) must be deposited into a local Qatari bank and a letter confirming the deposit must be obtained in order to proceed with Qatar company registration. All documents, along with the bank deposit confirmation, are then submitted to the Ministry of Economy and Commerce. | ||||||
| 5. | The company name is then registered with the Qatar Chamber of Commerce. The Ministry of Economy and Commerce then grants a Commercial Registration license to the company.
